Jim McCoy - President and CEO
Jim's career in management and business development has spanned 28 years. For more than nine years, Jim has been at the helm of The Kitchen Guild, The Fairfax Interiors Group and BathExpress as President and CEO of these companies. During his tenure, the firm has been repeatedly selected by INC. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing, privately-held firms in the United States and was the fastest-growing design and remodeling firm in the INC 500. (INC. Magazine - Sept. 2006) The firm has also been selected as one of the area's top kitchen and bath design firms by Washingtonian Magazine and voted the Best of Fairfax by the readers of The Fairfax Times. When not in one of the Kitchen Guild or BathExpress showrooms, Jim enjoys cooking, running, biking and boating as well as spending time with his three children and two Labrador retrievers, Sam and Charlie. |

Mary Jo Jackson - Regional Showroom Manager
Mary Jo has worked for the company since 1996 and currently manages all four showrooms and staff. In 2006, Mary Jo was the lead project manager for the company's highly successful BathExpress launch. In 2007, Mary Jo assumed responsibility for all Kitchen Guild and BathExpress showrooms and showroom activities. A graduate of Roanoke College with a B.A. in English, Mary Jo enjoys running, reading, cooking and keeping up with her two sons. |

Jenifer Bouchard - Kitchen and Bath Designer
Jenifer, a native Washingtonian, has over eight years of kitchen/bath design and space planning experience as well as being an expert in remodeling DC area homes. For years after studying interior design at Marymount University, Jenifer ran her own business designing, managing and remodeling residential construction projects. Clients seek out Jenifer for her ability to harmonize newly remodeled kitchens and baths with the homes existing architecture. Beyond your kitchen or bath, Jenifer frequently remodels family rooms, creating custom entertainment units and integrated storage pieces. Jenifer has a specialty in environmentally friendly design, and has installed several 'Green' kitchens in the DC area. |

Mary Amos - Interior Designer, Allied Member ASID
Mary has almost 20 years of experience in the interior decorating / design field. She is an expert color consultant for paint colors, fabric colors and wall coverings. She is also a knowledgeable expert in reupholstery and antique furniture of the American period. She is very familiar with every wall covering book and coordinate for wall covering, in our library! We love her because she is highly creative in accessorizing homes after a thorough needs assessment. (It makes her very sought after by clients). She also designs beautiful and unique window treatments using trims and fabrics effectively. Mary is an avid collector of Americana and Shaker furniture. She has won awards for her decorative oil painting. |

Corrinne Hickman - Design Associate
Corrinne has managed both the Old Town, Alexandria showroom as well as the Washington DC Kitchen Guild location. Her passion for kitchen and bath design is immediately evident when working with her. Corrine also manages our BathExpress offering and is an specialist in bath selection and remodeling. |

Vicki Cecchetti - Kitchen & Bath Designer
Vicki has a Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in Indiana, Pennsylvania. With her attention to detail, Vicki enjoys working closely with clients to help customize the space to best reflect the clients’ personality. Vicki resides in Alexandria, VA. In her spare time, Vicki enjoys traveling to Pittsburgh to visit her family and spending time with her two dogs Porter and Sadie. Her hobbies include interior decorating and visiting the many works of Frank Lloyd Wright. |

Linda Granville, CKBR - Kitchen and Bath Designer
Linda has been designing kitchens, baths and interiors since 2002. She owned her own design firm for years before joiining The Kitchen Guild. She brings a wide variety of both interior design as well as kitchen and bath design to her clients. Linda has had a number of award-winning projects and is consistently referred by past clients to their friends and neighbors.

Veronica Hadatty - Kitchen and Bath Designer
Veronica is passionate about kitchen design. She loves to cook, specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine. She says she loves getting to know how her clients cook and entertain so that their new kitchen is both functional and fun. Veronica started designing kitchens and bathrooms over 7 years ago while she and her husband owned a business constructing new homes and custom home additions. She loves designing intricate tile patterns and utilizing new materials. Veronica grew up in Northern Virginia but loves traveling to visit family and friends all over the over the world. Veronica, her husband and young daughter, live in Vienna. |

Janet Simmons - Kitchen and Bath Designer
Janet has more than twenty years of experience in the design and remodeling industry. A University of Maryland alumnus with a Bachelors in Urban Planning and a minor in architecture. Janet recently returned to the D.C. area from Atlanta, GA and resides in Old Town Alexandria. |

Katarina Berger - Kitchen and Bath Designer
Katarina hails from London, England and has lived and worked in the USA for 23 years. She specializes in kitchen and bath design with an emphasis on helping clients through the often confusing selections process. In her role as a kitchen and bath designer, Katarina enjoys showing clients how easy and fun it is to put together a custom look at a sensible price. When she’s not helping her clients design gorgeous kitchens and bathrooms, she’s either watching one of her three children at a sporting event or is off playing volleyball somewhere. |

Trish Cox - Operations and Accounting Manager
Trish Cox grew up living in two states: Virginia and New Hampshire, eventually settling in Loudoun County, Virginia. She attended Strayer University and has over 12 years experience in accounting, specializing in the construction/remodeling industry. Trish says she is well-suited for accounting because of the many challenges it presents and it allows her to put her problem solving skills to the test! She has two sons who keep her hopping and enjoys boating, water skiing and snow skiing. |

Ron Pardo - Senior Carpenter
Ron has been expertly remodeling kitchens for over 4 years. He especially enjoys installing quality cabinetry because it requires an eye for detail and to Ron it’s all about the details! He can handle any project be it tiling, light plumbing or small electrical jobs. He enjoys his work very much. On the weekends Ron plays soccer, watches sports on T.V. and says he would like to go see more movies! He is a wonderful asset to the Kitchen Guild Carpentry team |

James Cabiness - Senior Carpenter
James specializes in high end cabinetry installation and is a perfectionist when it comes to cabinetry installation. He has 14 years of experience in the remodeling industry and joined the Kitchen Guild 3 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys collecting and restoring antique furniture. His wife and two sons keep him busy during the weekends. The family enjoys riding four-wheelers, camping, and anything to do with the great outdoors. |

Johnny Pardo - Carpenter
Johnny moved to the United States with his family from their native Bolivia. He graduated from Annandale High School where he played varsity soccer. He attended the Gibbs Business School and is currently training to become a Lead Carpenter. Johnny loves remodeling and hopes to continue in the field. In his spare time, Johnny lives and breathes SOCCER both as a fan and as a player. He plays on several teams in the area and lives in Annandale, VA. |

Jose Duarte - Carpenter
Jose is from Maceio in Brazil, he has been in the US for 9 years and has a total of 14 years of remodeling experience. Jose gets many compliments from our clients for his attention to detail, and for always having a smile on his face! He lives in Annandale and is married with 2 sons. His hobbies are soccer and basketball. Our clients love having Jose working in their homes.

Shane Masters - Senior Carpenter
Prior to joining the company, Shane owned his own carpentry and painting business for five years. His jovial personality and upbeat nature make him loved by our clients and requested back many times. When not working he enjoys fishing, camping and any kind of sport with his three sons. He an active volunteer in scouting and sports leagues in the community of Hamilton where he lives. |

Kenny Petty - Carpenter Trainee
Kenny has been in the remodeling industry for 6 years and with Kitchen Guild for the last two years as a carpenter trainee. He was born and raised in Washington DC. His pride and joy is his son, Keshaun, and when he is not spending time with him, he loves to play video games and travel. Kenny, with his huge smile, is fun to have around and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Christian Corado - Carpenter Trainee
Christian is the newest addition to our production team and is excited to learn the carpentry profession. In his role as trainee, he assists both all carpenters as needed and transports materials to and from project sites. Our clients comment that he is always polite and considerate of their home and property.
